Vodafone Mumbai - I am harrased by vodafone people

My Number is ********90 I am being harassed by these Vodafone people. My one cell number ********91 was lost on 8th May 2009, because of this I had requested them to block this number (********91), they blocked my (********90) number. I had a tough time making them understand that I needed to block the number that I had lost . After calling up from a PCO many times and finally after being rude to them they understood which number I need to get blocked. Then I was told that I would get a sim card with the same number within 24 hours, well I got that card on 11th May 2009 but it was of use as it did not work. Finally I had to collect a different sim card from a Vodafone gallery which I did on the 13th . The moment this sim was activated with my number ********91 they disabled my number which was working till now (********90). Now after talking to the customer care people they keep telling me all stories, one of them said there must be no network at your place, when I was calling from my Vodafone number only this is the type of lame excuse these people give if one phone with the same network is working fine how come another phone not work due to bad network. These people are deliberately harassing me. I need my phone to work properly right away or I am thinking of switching over to another service soon for lack of good service.

Vodafone people are not at all happy to help so please stop saying \"happy to help\"

I called up on the Nodal officers Number and spoke to Preeti instead of getting Mr. Suvarna on line, after requesting her to activate my number she said i will need to give a written instruction to deactivate it on the other sim, I dont understand if they can deactivate my number without my instruction why cant they do it now when i am asking them to. these people are just not willing to help. To make things easy for them i asked her to activate 91 number on my cell and i will exchange the sim with my wifes sim so that both numbers are working, she just refused to do that, i dont know why they say happy to help when they are not at all happy or willing to help.


Like asked by Preeti I went to the gallery, spoke to Fatima & Ali, both were of no help. i am still with no cell connection. they would not take any action to resolve my problem but are just trying to push me off. Now my BP is rising and any health problems i have should all be because of Vodafone people. they are mentally harrasing me and even the Nodal officer is not taking any action on this.

AS MY NAME IS ABHISHEK SINGH I HAD MADE A CALL TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE FOR MY BALANCE DEDUCATION ON THE DATE 2/08/2009 THE GUYS FROM YOUR END ARE JUST DISCONECTING THE CALL WITHOUT THE PROPER RESOLUTATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CALL AS MY BALANCE WAS DEBITED FOR SOMETHING THE SERVICE WAS STARTED FROM YOUR END ITSELF AS I HAD NEVER APPLY FOR ANY KIND OF VALUE ADDED SERVICE FROM YOUR END THEN ALSO FORECFULLY ONE DISCUSTING HELLO TUNE IS GOT ACTIVATED ON MY NO AND AT THE TIME I MADE A CALL A MEN NAMEDE SUNIL HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE ACTIVATED THAT ALL SERVICE AND AS I TOLD HIM, THAT I HAAD NOT ACTIVATED THE SERVICE AND WANT A ESCALLATION FROM HIS SUPERVISOR HE TOLD ME THE SUPERVISOR IS NOT AVAILABLE YOU SPEAK WITH ME AS THE PEOPLE ARE NOT PROVIDING A PROPER RESOLUTATION I DO ASPECT THAT YOU PEOPLE ARE GOING TO TAKE A VERY HARSH ACTION with THEM AND ALSO I WANT MY BALANCE DEDUCTED MONEY BACK as soon as possible

i m using 2 vodafone corporate connection for last one year, the no. ********70 & ********71, i had submitted the requiest to change my vodafone corporate plan to 99 both no. but ur company chnage the plan 149 insted of 99 which was not coroprate icici pru plan, so i rcvd the bill which was, 945, pls i requiest u to refund my money, because its ur staff doing the mistake so why i should pay the big amount , kindly solve the problem, and urgest my extra amt in next bill,
