Airtel Digital TV - I am fade up with Airtel Digital un attended service, closing account

Today I am very happy that i came out of Airtel Digital TV services. I have been using DTH services from Airtel as ID:3001370297, Chennai since one year and I raised service request almost 20 times but not even single time the service person got back to me and not resolved my problems.

I requested for relocation of the service and they have taken request with Req.ID and confidantly telling that service will provide so and so time. i was very happy to listen that...time has passed and no response from anyone. when called customer care and check for the status of the request... unbelievably my request has been closed successfully. (I personally dissambled the kit and moved to new location).

For reconnection, I raised request once again and keep on calling so called customer care but no use...no response....but funniest thing is all my request are being closed successfully without attending problem. At last i took help from TATA SKY service person (Shame on Airtel Digital).

Very recently, Suddenly my signal has gone....raised request (4005483) and with in half hour request has been closed with out attending. I walked into T Nagar airtel centre and found digital TV person and told the problem.....unbelivable answer " Sir, got head office, we are not responsible for your problem" I asked where is head office? Answer was " I think in Mumbai" They suggested me to goto Mumbai from chennai for small problem.

Ultimately I decided to stop using Airtel service and immidiatly raised request (4009442) to disconnection and refund outstanding balance.....!!!

I got local cable service in 30 minutes and enjoying alot.

Friends, I strongly suggest all of you please dont consider Airtel as they are cheaters and loot money like anything and worst than worst service in the world.

They dont have any responsibility and no escallation procedure.

I feel shame to be a Airtel Digital TV customer since one year.... now i am in relief. Thanks GOD.
