I ordered a flip cover book case (White) for my Karbon Titanium S5 Plus against order number 8986331 dated 8th Jan 2014 vide online payment option. The product was delivered on 10th Jan 2014 and on receipt it was observed it is different from the one ordered and does not fit my mobile. Immediately I have registered a complaint online at customer support vide complaint no. 111012. I tried contacting the vendor but all the calls went unanswered. As requested by the customer support I have taken pictures and-mailed them at their mail ID. After that I have been regularly chasing the customer support and calling the vendor. The vendors both numbers are out of network and I am not able to reach them. The customer support initially said they have received my e-mail and forwarded to the concerned for necessary action. Till date I have not received any call nor any e-mail in this context from the customer support. To my surprise, yesterday the customer care person said that they haven't received any complaint mail from my side. I have now resent the same mail from my second mail ID. If they have not received my mail which they claim then how an complaint has been raised? I feel I am wasting my time talking to the bunch of jokers at rediff customer care. The value of product may not be much, but the point here is that this online purchasing site is taking me for a ride. I have done a lot of purchasing from Myntra & Flipkart but have never faced such a situation. The delivery, customer support and after sales is almost perfect. One such incidence was on e-bay but their team have promptly attended the complaint and resolved withing 24 hours. I will never buy anything from rediff shopping in future and will advise all friends and family not to do so also. Please help me get my replacement or refund. Many thanks in advance.
