SITI Digital Cable Service Provider - I am completely dissatisfied with the services

I was availing services from a local cable operator Name on Set Top Box is (Siti Digital). From Malviya Nagar, Later On in october I shifted to the different area of Malviya Nagar. And the cable operator gave me an assurance that they provide the service there as well.
The Bill collector Agent (Yunus). When I shifted to the other place, he gave me a contact number of the other agent, and told me he will assist you, in installing the box and you have to make the future payments to him only.
I paid the 2 months of my Bill to the other person (Nov and Dec.) but My Set Top Box Stopped working from 21st December 2012. When i contacted the same person (third-party .) regarding the issue which I was facing, he made a False Commitment by saying, he will send his agent to check out the Issue. 4 days Passed, and now when i was completely ***** off, I contacted the main party (Yunus) to clearify why my issue's is not being addressed. He along with the third party came to my door next day. and after having a Long Discussion , when the main party (Yunus.) accepted his fault said.. I did a mistake , Yunus said, ("YOU WERE GETTING THE SERVICE FROM OUR SIDE FOR THESE 2 MONTHS , NOV AND DEC, AND YOU WERE PAYING THE OTHER PARTY FOR THAT, BUT I DID A MISTAKE I DIDNT CONTACTED THE OTHER PARTY FOR THE MONEY, NOW THE SERVICE HAS BEEN ABRUPTED FROM OUR SIDE *MAIN PARTY* BECAUSE WE DIDNT GOT ANY MONEY FOR 2 MONTHS. " ) I told him that its your mistake You told me to pay this Agent (third party) so where i am wrong, I just need this damn box to work somehow. he told me to contact the main office,, I went there, with the THIRD PARTY and settled down the Issue there, by saying the bill for month of JAN-2013 will get paid to the MAIN PARTY and after that from the month of FEB-2013, I will be paying the THIRD PARTY. and now my services will be started with 10-15 mins.
But again the same thing happened neither my Box is working Nor they are answering my calls....

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back, which I paid for the SET TOP BOX.

my complaint is the cable operator of my area he cant revived my phone & he cant solve my cable problem so please tell me what can i do cable operator

Our cable network is not working properly last 4-5 days . I was complaint to the cable operater . He did't given any response . Pls solve my problem .
