I have an i20 Asta (O) VTVT vehicle registration no. DL8CAN3248 is having the below issue which is pending quite long time and the same has been esclated to DS Hyundai Service center has not been resolved till date and the quality of Hyundai is very poor. The below issue is still pending and not yet resolved.

1. Touch screen is very hard
2. FM Radio is not working properly
3. Lining is coming on the meter display unit
3. Front Wind shield glass is cracked automatically

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please refer our correspondence in the past and discussion over phone regarding regular repairs and maintenance of my humdai Verna Car no.WB02H 8701. My car has been given for repairs and maintenance work to Bengal Hyundai, 242/2A, Satin Sen Sarani, Kolkata 700 054, India since last two months. You have confirmed the repair is over. I have sent my driver to collect the car but the repair work is still not over. I have also sent e-mail Bengal Hyundai kolkata but still not answer my e-mail. Please find the email copy in the attachment.

This is really strange. This is the attitude of Huyndai Motor towards your customers. I request you to please provide me e-mail and phone number of higher authority of Hyundai. I have to submit my objection there. I hope I can get my car soon duly repaired.

Please reply and update the status.
