I visited service center for the same issue that battery is not charging properly some time it charge and some time it's not. But this time the representative said the battery is damaged and it's not under warranty. And returned the headset.
it's very strange in my previous visit they have checked the battery and kept it with them for further inspection and on the return they said battery is good and there was some other part's issue which we have replaced. I came back with the device but after some time the battery got drained out and when i tried to charge it again it show the same problem and have not charged. that's why i sent the online complaint about the device.when i reached to service center today battery again started charging in front of your representative.
it clearly shows the the same issue persist which was on my first visit. not sure how the battery got damaged after submitting the device and battery to service center.
and now the service center is asking me to pay for the battery. it's highly irreconcilable and bad customer service
