I had done subscription of HT english newspaer for 12 months on 23rd Nov'10 but I haven't recieved newspaper on a single day.My HTC serial no. is HTC401879 & for sunday times is HTC 918621.

Also when I talked to the person on phone who booked my newspaper he did'nt gave me any proper response & even refused that he booked this subscription & told that may be another person had booked the same.

I had talked to the seniour of that person too but they are also not giving any proper response to it.

Kindly look into the issue.
