I had transferred all my household items from Pune to Chennai with SAHARA PICK PACK & MOVE PVT. LTD. The household items were loaded on 04-Feb-2010 with LR No 637 and unloaded at my rented house in Chennai on 17-Feb-2010.
At the time of quotation I was assured a safe and undamage delivery, so I didn\'t even bargain at that time and paid as per the quotation. But to my utter surprise I found most of my valuable items are either damaged or missing. The marketing executive had a thorough look into every items before preparing quotation. So, if there were any damage earlier he would have noticed and conveyed the same.
I tried calling the marketing executive many times and he everytime assures me of refund of amount and delivery of missing items, but all in vain. Now he has stopped picking my call also. Me as well as my wife have faced lot of problem due to them.
Please find below the list of the same:
1. Both almirahs (big and small) are completely damaged
2. Bike\'s front (left) indicator broken during relocation.
3. Wall clock mirror broken and not working.
4. Shoe rack (item no 18 in the list) is missing.
5. House cleaning brooms (brush and sponge) are missing. They\'re not explicit mentioned as they combined it with item 7 in the packing list.
I\'d also like to bring it to your notice that due to lack of proper information about the delivery date, I had to face a lot of problem as I was staying in a hotel far from the house.
I support this complaint.

I support this complaint. I also faced the same problem. Rather I did not receive my stuff. Even the insurance policy provided was invalid & fake. I would request everybody not to even use Sahara Pick Pack & move as this is a fraud company and already they have many cases running on them. They lost all my things and put me in a big mess.
