Dear Sir/Madam,
I have given my Honda Unicorn bike bearing Regn. no. KL 43B 2117 for paid servicing to Muthoot Honda , Thoppumpady on 29 Sep 11. The problems i faced in my bike are explained to the supervisor. The defects were as follows:
(a) Noise from front disc brake
(b) Zig Zag movement of front wheel during travel.
On 30 Sep 11 i received my bike after servicing. The supervisor informed me that there was a problem with front cone set and they replaced with new one,front disc brake pad worn out and replaced.They have charged total of approx. Rs 1300 for the entire job including labour charge.
On the same day i have experienced an abnormal noise from the front disc brake area and the front wheel shows a wavy movement with out the control on handle.
Next day i have reported the problem to the servicing center (Muthoot Honda, Thoppumpady) and they have adjusted the cone set bearing and also informed me that the problem may be because of less tyre pressure. I have inflated the tyre to normal pressure. But the problem not solved. The problem still existing and now i am very upset with the problem.Now i am not having full confidence to drive the bike because of this problem. Moreover the supervisors are not able to find out the cause of defect.
In addition, last month oil seal was found damaged and replaced and shock absorber oil also changed.
Being a reputed company, i expect from you to take some necessary action immediately to solve the problem and to ascertain the safety.

I have purchased Honda Motorcycle Model CD 110 DLX as on 7/12/2022 from Amideep Automobiles (Simada Naka, Nr. Petrol Pump, Nana Varachha , Surat - 395006)
I have faces many types of serious faults in this bike & I have complaint to above mentioned authorized dealer 8 times in last 10 months of a long time to resolved it but they did not resolved & every time they waste my time & money so that is totally worst service by them cause this is a new bike purchased by me & after it there are many types serious faults occurred in this bike & this bike is totally defective.
Faults occurred in this Honda CD 110 DLX :
Engine very heats immediately
Gear is very hard & not work properly
Liver races more without use when bike starts to drive
Stroke bike every times & do not stop bike after both brakes used
Accident situation occurred many times due to this defective bike
As per mentioned above serious faults I have many times requested to resolve Honda authorized service center as mentioned above but still they did not resolved & they waste my time as well as money & that's why I request you to please I did not drive this bike due to above mentioned very serious faults & defective bike so again I request you to please inform them to take this bike return & refund my amount paid as soon as possible & revert me...
