Sir,

1. I have tried many times your helpline no to speak to your customer care but in vain. I have filed icomplaint also but no reply. I have earlieser also tried to send you mail but in vain. I can attribute this to poor network of PNB.

2. I have taken home loan from PNB Mewa Mandi Amritsar Punjab. my loan acct no is xxxx 00021132.
This loan acct is linked to my saving ac no xxxxx 00202247 with the bank. EMI Rs 10500 is being deducted every month automatically. However i had received a SMS from DM-PNBSMS on 15 Apr 2014 at about 08.52 hrs that my acct debited for Rs 10500 and at 16.26 hrs i received another sms acct no 21132 (loan acct) credited with Rs 10500 on 15 -04-2014.

3. I received another SMS at 07.04 hrs on 27 Apr 2014," dear ncustomer installment of Rs 10414 in your loan a/c no xxx 21132 is falling due on 30 Apr 2014 total amount due Rs 10414. I had spoken to PNB Mewa Mandi, Loan Officer on 29 Apr 2014 who asked me to come to bank and get statement. I informed him that i am presently serving at Roorkee in Uttrakhand hence can not come. He again assured me that your loan ac is updated.

4. On 01 may 2014 at 11.39 again i received a SMS stating that instal of INR 10414 in your loan A/C 00021132 is not deposited. Total amount due Rs 28749. I again tried to contact bank staff and toll free no but in vain.

5. Again on 08 May 2014 at 10.25 hrs inst of INR 10414 in your loan A/C No xxxx00 21132 not deposited total amount due Rs 25563.07. Again I had spoken to bank but phone was dropped and could not contact again. In the meantime again Rs 10500 was transferred my saving a/c. But on 15 May 14 SMS received that standing Instr no SI D1885345 in ac no 000 202247 for Rs 10500 failed. I imdt checked and came to know that earlier transsantion failed. I transferred Rs 10500/- and received SMS at 10.29 on 15 May 14 that Rs 10500 credited to my account no linked to mob no xxxx 049.

6. I had spoken to Chief Manager PNB Mewa Mandi who very kindly attended my call and i informed the entire incident to him who said the SMS are issued by PNB HQ from Delhi. You this month instl will be deduced next automatically. But on 16 May 2014 at 07.05 received a SMS instal of INR 10414 in your loan A/C 000 0021132 not deposted. Total amount due 25563.07.

7. On 16 May 2014 at 07.51 received another SMS that A/C 000202247 (Saving) debited Rs 10500. However again on 21 May 2014 at 07.04 hrs received SMS that instl of INR 10414 in your loan A/C No xxxxx 0021132 not deposited/ Total amount due 15063.07.

8. In view of the above i am tired of the way PNB is handling the customer. I am giving this email to reach to some higher official but still not confident that it will reach you. Please resolve this and intimate to me.
