I have taken home loan from PNB Mew Mandi Amritsar vide loan acct No 052300NC00021132 and auto debit facility has been provided by the bank. I am depositing Rs 10500 into my saving bank account with same bank and bank further git it credited to my loan account. A sum of Rs 10500 was deposited on 04 Apr 2014 and bank has credited the same into my Loan account. SMS was received at 16.26 hrs on 15 Apr 2014.

However i received a message on27 Apr 2014 at 07.04 hrs from DM-PNBSMS that instalement of Rs 10414 in your loan A/C falling due on 30 Apr 2014. Another SMS received on 01 May 2014 at 11.39 hrs stating that instalment of Rs 10414 in your loan A/C No xxxxxx not deposited. Total amount due Rs 28749/- please ignore if already deposited.

I contacted PNB Mewa Mandi Loan deptt on 01 May 2014 but he told me that instalment is paid and no outstanding amount in my loan account. He advised me to come to branch and take statement. I told him that i am serving at far place in Uttrakhand hence can not come please resolve the SMS mystery. Later he dropped the phone.

Since I have a very poor image of PNB especvially net banking, i wanted Headoffice to resolve the problem.
