Adani Gas Limited - Highly irresponsible behavior by Adani Executive

It’s been more than 2 months I have applied for Adani Gas connection. I have recently bought a new flat located at B-802, Binori Solitaire, Behind Sobo Centre, South Bopal, Ahmedabad.
I have got the gas connection in kitchen after several follow ups with Adani Team. I had also applied for gas connection for 2 bathrooms for which requisite fees was also paid at the time of taking connection. Though I have got the gas connection in Kitchen, I have been following up with Adani team for connection in bathrooms. More frustrating is this whenever I call Adani officers , I have been given numbers of different contractors (like Raj Contractors) who are doing work for Adani.
Please note that I have been interested in taking services from Adani and therefore I should be dealing with Adani officers only. There should not be a case where the customer need to struggle with third party contractors.

I would like to highlight one more point that the person responsible Mr. Mitesh (from Adani 9727772267) has shown highly irresponsible behavior in this regard. While collecting the cheque for the connection he had given us wrong information about the connection and TAT with in which the connection will be done. Now when I call him for help in this matter he is behaving very rude (even not talking properly). I expect Adani is hiring correct people who take required responsibility while performing their duties. This person is bringing disputation to Adani as I have asked several other members in my society who have the same opinion about Adani because of just one person. You can imagine that on one side people has no option other than using Adani at the same point of time people also have disrespect for the company just because of this person.

This is my humble request to lodge a complaint against this person who is bringing disreputation to your company and to take the matter with higher officials of the respective department.
This matter comes under employee accountability where role of HR comes. A third party will never invest his time in writing such long mails unless the matter is very serious.

Even I work with a corporate where consumer requests are at least heard by us to provide a solutions to them. However we never show an irresponsible behavior by rejecting calls of client and giving rude and poor answers. This behavior of Mr. Mitesh has given a very wrong impression to me about the hiring quality of Adani.

Would request you to please take this feedback to higher authorities.
