Maruti Suzuki India Limited - Highly Dis-satisfied with the service provided by SANEI MOTORS PVT LTD(0612-1)

I, Ankit Chowdhary owner of car no.t - WB 20Z 4574 asked SANEI MOTORS PVT LTD to replace the key of my car. I first called up in the service centre to enquire about the necessary details wherein i was told that key will be replaced in 7 days and I don't need to carry any documents , just need to give them the 2000 rs as advance. I went and they asked for a written letter that if anything happens to my car i will be held responsible. I was ok with it. The service advisor told me it will take 10 days maximum. even i was okay with that.
After 12 days when i called to enquire the staff who picked the call said "Sir it generally takes 25-30 days". This was totally not acceptable.
I called the advisor , he told me sir more 10 days. Now when i called to enquire the status , the person on the other end told me we will get back to u in 10 mins. and that 10 mins has never come. It happened for 3 times. The advisor's cell phone is switched off. I am using Maruti Suzuki car from past 10 years but this type of service was never expected and I am facing the same problem when I went for service of my other car. The PR staff there doesn't know anything. They are just kept there to give calls to customer after their service is done and that too for not asking hows the car after service, their primary objective is "SIR IF U RECEIVE ANY LETTER FROM MR. PANKAJ NARULA, PLEASE BRING IT TO US WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A FREE SERVICE."
