Dear Sir/Madam,

Please help me in getting the claims of the below case.

I am very surprise to get the reason of rejection of the TDR for PNR - 2333560229 with transaction id - 100000894633535 and Cancellation ID: 100000170599935, Reason of TDR Rejection: Passenger travelled. If TDR is filled and ticket is cancelled how can a person travel?

The ticket was booked for my old mother and she didn’t travel on 2nd July 2017 by 02172/JAT CSTM SPL because train travel time was 7:20 am from Jammu and has to reach Delhi by 4:45 pm. My mother reached the railway station at 7 am but found that train time is rescheduled to around 2 pm and has to reach Delhi in the night which was not safe for her to travel to Delhi in Night as she is lady and is senior citizen. I have filed the TDR and request for refund and booked another ticket for next day so that she can travel to Delhi on 3rd July. Find below the new tickets details for her travel next day

PNR: 2333605519, Train No.: 11078, DOJ: 03/07/17, 3AC, JAT to NDLS, Dep. 21:45, Savita Kumari, B3 48

TI request you to help in getting the refund Rs 1195.00/- for PNR - 2333560229 with transaction id - 100000894633535 and Cancellation ID: 100000170599935 and process the refund of 1195.0 ASAP.
