I had ordered a phone worth 40 thousand but returned it at the time of delivery. First, the Amazon took more than seven months to refund my money back to my credit card. I had paid many EMIs already thinking it is for something else. But bank received the 40 thousand but never reflected in my credit card. And they kept asking me for EMIs even till now, forcing me to pay every month an amount for a phone that i did not have.
I had already paid about 20 thousand extra in form of EMIs. From past one month they have put my account on hold. And due to that today my salary worth 27 thousand got deducted due to them delaying in the process. Kindly help me out in getting my refund. and also try to do it in two days.
