Bajaj Auto - Harresement in the issue of defective battery and self start

I had purchased bike Bajaj 220SF on 04.08.2017 from Mehar Automobiles, Rajpura. There is some problem in the battery for which I visited the store for battery replacement . Since three months I m visiting the store but the issue has not been resolved. It has resulted into wastage of my time and money. I also contact the manager Mr.Pramod Kumar but no to no avail. I m suffering from a lot of harrasment. I want to recover the damages against the loss of money and time. 3 months are big enough to repair a single bike .it's a matter of serious concern .strict action will be taken against pramod Kumar the service manager
