Dear Sir,
This is to intimate you that my SBI Card no. 5264 6853 1484 0255
In the month of Apr-2007 I was used the card I was waited for statement till 31st May-2007 but not received than in June I was called SBI customer care to provide me the details of my outstanding payments details to pay the outstanding amount. The SBI customer care employee was confirmed that the outstanding is Rs.21600/- & He will come and collected the cheque from me since the SBI call center was in the same building in Gurgaon, Next day He was called me and came to collected the cheque from me. I was also asked him to update my office address for future communications.

After collecting the cheque from me and went back to his office. Since I made the call for payment and cleared outstanding amount as per the statement I did not ask for settlement letter because I wanted to be a regular customer of SBI card.

But after 8-9 months suddenly I got a call from SBU call center saying that you have not settled your Credit card outstand with SBI of Rs. 3500/-, I try to make the customer exceptive aware that I have already settled the outstanding in the Month of June-2007 and after that I haven’t used the card till date & he asked me have you taken settlement letter from executive than I again tried to make him clear that I was not asked him for settlement letter because I want to use the card but the way exceptive was talking like did a big crime he was deactivated my card .

Now again I am getting calls from SBI saying that I have to pay Rs.12000/- to settle my account with SBI and thay are harassing my like anything.

So my request is please look into the matter immediately.
