Yesterday, I booked a taxi No.HR 74 A 5764 (Swift Dzire white color) Driver Name-Irshad vide order No.CRN14******** my mobile number online from OLA cab from south patel nagar, Delhi to jawahar colony NIT Faridabad (Haryana) on 01.02.2018 at around 14.30 pm along with my wife. However, he stayed there at my booked place 3hrous. When i reached there after completion 3hrs late, i ask him for departure from that place he say that you are already late. i say to him that i will pay you fully payment of delay as per rule of your company rules. He be agree with my reply and said that i am agree. At about 17.20hrs pm on same day, when i came with my wife, he say that i will took full pay from you because i can not go your destination place because i have stop my journey as per company rule due to delay and for this you have pay full pay i.e. Rs.-820/-. after that i pay him Rs.820/-. After that he say that i will dropped you your destination with in this charge and i be agree with him. After that I put my luggage in his car. I forgot to take medicine of my wife from hospital. i said him that i am coming in 5 minutes then he say "ok don't mind i am waiting". when i came back i saw that he was not there and run away with my bag. once time he received call and saying that i have not time for you and other booking is take-up by me and abused me. after that, i do contact many times but he could not received the call. I do call on 100 Delhi Police helpline and they suggest me for lodge FIR with delhi police at nearest police station. I go to PS Ranjit Nagar Delhi. Police officer do call to his number and he recieved the call and say that i will do deposit his bag at nearest police station. I do contact with him again at 22.00pm but he did not gave any reply. A call came me from his relative and say that collect your luggage from Delhi Masjid NH Faridabad-Gurgaon(Haryana). At about 23.30hrs i go there and checked bag and collect it. I found all items and documents having in it. He harassed me & my ill wife 5hrs for here and there and also take charge without any journey. I want suitable action against him as soon as possible so that as me any other person can not be accused.
