Northern Railway - Harassment of passengers having reservation and no TT

Me and my father travelling by vibhuti exp from varanasi to kolkata on 7th June 2017 at seat no S5 41 and 44. Till 12:30 am no Tt had visited our coach and after every new station few without ticket people come and sit on our seat and also started different kind of fights.
I just want to ask railway what is our fault, whether we should also avoid booking ticket and face such kind of conflicts which break our peace of mind.
Complainant's Goal: Make sure that TT visit each and every coach and penalise those people.

Aaj 8:15pm pr mere sath train no. 14660 K S2 m TT ne mera caller pkd k badtmiji ki v rajkarya m badha ka case krne ki dhamki di. I m very afraid for this incident and think how can safe Indian railway passenger when a indian railway employee badly behave a passenger.

With due respect that I have booked ticket from Bareilly to Shahjahanpur in Rajya Rani express Train no. 22454 by online IRCTC site my PNR no. 2143832748 D5 coach and 99 seat no. But in D5 there is no 99 seat because only 90 seat available in D5 coach.
So kindly refund mu money . I have face lot of problem in journey.
