Sub: Harassment from Hyundai Service.

Respected Sir,

I am the owner of Hyundai Creta Car SX Model No. Bearing Registration number DL8CAM6259 purchased from Pusa road, New Delhi. It has been of 40 days since, I realised that I have made the biggest mistake of my life by having purchased a Hyundai car.

My car was parked at Kashmiri gate, only when I realised that it had been minorly hit probably by someone reversing the car, while I was away in the market. I picked up my family and began proceeding towards my home. My vehicle began to JERK very badly so finally I had to park my car at Majnu ka Teela Gurudwara, since I failed to get any towing support from Hyundai night assist.

Finally the car was towed in the morning in Hyundai accidental showroom, which has been standing till date.

The Hyundai people told me that engine oil is leaking from the car for which I have no clue. According to the insurance policy the supervisor said, that the car is covered under Engine Insurance as well. As your engine is not responding and has been sealed . I was SHOCKED.. they told me write any story we will convince insurance man . I SAID SORRY



NOW The insurance people are blaming the Hyundai co. that the customer will claim warranty from Hyundai and not to the Videocon insurance co. I don’t know why I have to go through such trauma as EVERY DAY…..

Both the parties are making a new stories and openly black mailing me that the CONSUMER COURT is NOTHING in front of HYUNDAI and can’t do anything.

Respected sir,

It just been around a FEW MONTHS that I have purchased this car and have regularly got service by authorised outlet and I have no clue, how I running car which is 3 years certified under warranty from Hyundai can become a piece of SCRAP (as per the Hyundai representative overnight)

My humble request is to

SAVE a common person in getting a

CAR REPAIRED or

REPLACED from Hyundai.

I have paid my share to Hyundai and I have been hopping from one place to another in taxi from last 50 days. I don’t have any vehicle and also pick my kids either in auto’s or in public vehicles and Hyundai have rough attitude towards my car…please save me from this harassment which I have going through!also they say that now if u park urcar we will use ur spares from ur car so better take it home…

Hi Hyundai Team,

I feel very disheartened and sad expressing the king of service being granted to customer.
To illustrate the incident would like to mention that i went to Utkal Hyundai service centre taking my new Hyundai tucson for check up as i had issues very hard and loud noise coming out of brakes, whenever i was applying brakes.
When inspected it was found that my vehicle right side brake disk was damaged which resulted in wear and tear of brake pad also.So there was no choise rather than to get then changed which resulted a cost of Rs13000/ .
The part which checked for wasnt available and was told within 2-3 days they would try arranging the same.
My new vehicle Hyundai tucson(AT GLS) which had only clocked 3998 kms on the odo and is only 6 months, had erupted with this strange issue for such a new premium car. So when i requested Utkal hyundai to talk to Company if warranty can be availed & the money that i had spend could be refunded, to which utkal hyundai (Goswani/Prafulla/Rakesh) assured me that my money would be refunded within one week.
But when time lapsed and when i enquired several times i was given only false assurance and commitment by Trupti madam/Goswami/Prafulla that very soon we would come up with solution for the refunded. To my shock on last friday-13th April 18 after several followups Trupti from Utkal Hyundai called me up and said only refund of Rs 6100 would be credited to my account by 23rd April18, which is only for Disk pad(round circular part) which hasn't been done till now.
Yesterday i received a threatening call from Subrat of utkal hyundai at 9:00PM asking me "Do you know who am i?" followed by next "Who are you?". Trupti from utkal hyundai had asked him to threaten me because yesterday only i had word with her saying that this kind of sevice which i am being given will force me to raise a security in the hyundai forumn the way customer is being harrased.
Please take a serious and immediate action ensuring that customer is not harassed in this manner and also wanting a apology from the people involved.

Sir i puchased a new grand i10 from Aditya Hyundai Bhubaneswar odisha 1 month before. But i had an accident after 15 days of puchase. I have done my insurance in Sbi general insurance comp. With zero insurance (add on).i claimed on that day i.e. 27th feb 2018 but till now there is no work progress which i came to know by physically verificatin at Aditya Hundai showroom. Another thing is that till now i have not received my RTO registration number. I am verry sorry to tell you that the service is not good.
