I am very sorry to say that the services of the PNB are not good.
On dated:- 29-08-2014; jab mai firozabad PNB main branch mai account open karwane gya tab Mr. Himanshu Gupta ne account open krne se mna kr diya kyuki 29-8-2014 ko 11:00 A.M. ko mere Introducer ke account mai keval 246 rupay hai isliye.
jab mene Branch Manager- Mr. A.K.Gupta ko apni is problem ke bare mai btaya Or unse ye bhi kha ki meri age 18 hai or mere pass sabhi document hai or According to law mere pass indian citizen ke rights bi hai , tab unhe bhi koi ACTION nhi liya or kathor sabdo m mna kr diya.or jab maine unse apni is problem ke liye unse unki branch ka complaint register manga tab unhe wo bhi dene se mna kr diya or embarrass krte hue ye bhi kh diya ki "AP KISI OR BANK MAI APNA ACCOUNT OPEN KR WALE YHA APKA ACCOUNT NAHI KHULEGA"
This was happened in the main branch of PNB Firozabad.

Corrective action: I need the full explanation, why this was happened and what action has been taken against the said person.
I hope this will not happen again as I had a good believe in PNB and its services.
