I had a booking on 30th November 2017 from Dubai to Delhi PNR No.VYH2FS. Due to some technical issues (which the ground staff informed that the aircraft met with a accident ) my flight was cancled. My visa had already expired and I have to pay over stay fine. I was suppose to travel from Delhi to Mumbai and Mumbai to Bangalore even those flight I had to mis. When I spoke to the ground staff they offered me a accomodation and confirmed that the fine for that day would be handled by them. As per the policy I was offered the accomodation but I had to pay for my dinner. And then next morning I also had to pay the full amount of over stay fine. Due to indigo airlines I had to face a huge financial loss including the domestic flight and the fine plus even I was been asked to pay for my dinner. I want the airlines to look in to the matter and give me a resolution. Or els I have no option to go legal.
I write this letter in full trust on the grievance cell of Indigo. 0n 14.12.2017, i have travelled by 6E 288 from Banagalore to Visakhapatnam. During Chek-in, unfortunately i had forgot to take my Shopping Bag which contained a new pair of Tan coloured Shoes , MOCHI brand, worth Rs.3690. There was also a small book in the bag. It was my first time travel from bangalore airport and in that over conscious interest of finding the way to Security check, i forgot to pick my bag. I've done my baggage drop around 3:55 am to 4:15 am. Since i had finisihed Secuirty chek, i was not allowed to go back to that area to find my bag myself. An attempt of retrieving my bag was done through the Help Desk at Kempegowda International Airport. I would request Indigo to please consider my request to check the web cams for the same period. I still wonder how no one failed to shout at me, when i fogot a bag and started moving away in an Airport. That was supposed to be a security concern too. Booking reference, OFY38Q.
