Calls from 918749066420 - Harassing phone calls from stranger to my wife

Repeated harassing calls after midnight from +********6420 to my wife's mobile phone. A strange man is whispering in a hoarse voice, but refuses to respond when we ask who it is. Keeps calling repeatedly, 9 calls in the space of 12 hours:
