Contact No : 0********12 / 0********38. I had purchased TATA Indigo ECS Diesel Car on the Date : 14/03/2013 form the BALAJI CARS Pvt Ltd. Add- Shanti Niketan Complex, Nr Kanakia Circle, Mira Bhayander Road Mira Road (E) Dist Thane 401107 . But on 17/03/2013 (22.30 hrs) & 18.3.2013 (05.00 hrs) between this time my car was lost after parking it after 10.30 pm of 17.03.2013 Near Dindoshi Court and opposite of Gokuldham Police Chowki and morning at 5.00 am of 18.03.2013 when I went see my car , it was not there. So directly I when to Gokuldham Police Chowki made complain and registered F.I.R of my lost Car where the F.I.R No : 124/2013 dated 19/03/2013 and Vehicle No – MH.04.FZ.5452. Where you can do check form you side that my car has theft, but due to that also I am pressurised from TATA MOTORS FINANCE to pay the EMI or else they told me if you are paying EMI late your Insurance amount will be passed very little and your interest will increase and increase every time. Its a request that I am already in big trouble and as I will get my car I will start paying EMI which is pending so kindly cooperate to pass my insurance and give me little time pay my EMI. And even I am trying my best to get my insurance claim clear and whatever Amount of CHEQUE I will receive, I will make in the name of TATA MOTORS FINANCE LTD and from that its a request that I will take another Car from your showroom and as soon as possible I will start paying my EMI. It’s a kindly request to understand the situation and cooperating with me.
