The phone i received through the blue dart sent by rediff shopping was not working from 20/10/2012 because of software failure..so we called up on the customer care for assistance.As per the suggestion of their executive we sent mails Regarding all this defects. I have earlier e-mailed to all (customersupport@rediff.co.in and rexentrp@gmail.com ) on 23/10/2012 through my e-mail id ashok3as@rediffmail.com..We received a reply mail stating that the problem will be solved in 72hours of time , but no response I have got. All the mobile number and landline number given you in the mails are not working even the number of Mr.Dheeraj Shah at 04031000667. when ever we tried to call on customer care they are asking to call to complaints department which was busy all the time..we are not able to get any proper response from the rediff shopping company..

To resolve the problem I require you to refund the full money back whilst reserving my right to claim against you and take your defective product back. Or I will launch an FIR case of fraud and cheating in the consumer court of Andhra prasesh (A.P). I will wait for your reply till Friday 7- December. 2012 ..call me when ever you are having proper resolution for my complaint .
