I have purchased one Carrier Superia -5S/2.0 Ton Split AC from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt ltd , Asansol Branch vide Invoice No AS/SA/1617/00058 on 05/04/2016, delivery was promised by 07th April 2016, but product was delivered on 13th April 2016 that to on several request and perusals. The AC was purchased on the Terms and condition with the sales person Amlan Dey that they will uninstall the my old AC and reinstall the New AC Purchased in that place and Old AC uninstalled will be installed at my other room for service charge of Rs. 800/- extra. And the New AC Installation will be free from any charge. On 14th April on several request finally they send the Installation person at 5 pm in the evening to install the AC purchased. The mechanics demanded 10ft wire to connect the outdoor unit to plug point and on providing the wire they Uninstalled the Old AC and reinstalled the New One. And when I asked for re-installation of my Old AC the mechanics said they come on the next day morning and install them i.e. on 15th April. Now till date, my Old AC is not being installed, which was their duty as agreed on time of purchase of the New AC, I am tried to contact the mechanic several times all time they are saying that they have other works on hand and can't come now neither they are saying by what time they will come, the mechanic said to me contact the store they work on their direction and not mine. And on contacting the sales person Mr. Amlan Dey, he is citing various reasons for Old AC not being installed and does not provide by what time it will be finally installed and every time he give fresh new excuse for Old AC not being installed. Now It's has become very much pathetic and pain full from dealing with such person who at time of purchase make great promise and when it finally comes to deliver they fail miserably for which I have to suffer a lot and go through mental trauma and waste of valuable time behind those unscrupulous person to get the work done.
