I have raised the complaint of my Godrej double door refrigerator 231 Lt at 7-september 2013. The same day technician (name Khajaminuddin Shaikh) came at my home and said your compressor needs to be replaced and charge me 375/ INR for the visit.
Further, the godrej technician estimated 1660/ INR for gas replacement and I agree to pay because he is not charging me for the compressor price which is under warranty.He said another technician will visit next day i.e. 8-09-2013 and will replaced the compressor because he do not have knowledge of soldering.
When I call next day then he said we don't work on Sunday and next day is holiday so I called him on Tuesday then he said the technician can come to your home any time. Now, from that day I have been repeatedly following up to the technician since 8-September 2013 and he is not picking up my call.
Also I started calling to customer care 1********1 from 13-sptember 2013, however still there is no positive response from any technician visit.
Please help me to fix my refrigerator as soon as possible.
