We bought a refrigerator from Godrej and now its not working. My parents are alone in Kolkata, India. They have lodged a complaint on 4th June. They called customer care and lodged a complaint. No one was providing any assistance. EVerytime they are calling back now, they are sending a service man. Each day they are coming, saying this part needs to be fixed and charging money. Still the fridge is not working. Again next day they are coming and charging money. It so hot back in Kolkata and my parents are so helpless without a fridge for so long. Godrej doesnt care about its customers and just try to take money from helpless customers and harass the customers. My parents are not so computer savvy so unable to email. They can only make phone calls and each time they are calling either no one picks up or else they are harassed. Disgusting service.
