A courier containing Mobile Battery was booked on 25th of June, 2013, through GMS Courier bearing docket No.412666681 by Intex Technologies (India) Limited, Chennai, from Chennai to Tiruchirapalli.

Three days have already been elapsed neither the courier is delivered nor the office could be traced out to the best of my efforts.

When I contacted the Chennai Number a person is saying that is wrong number.

When I tried to Chennai number again intentionally they put to voice mail.

Is there any courier Company in the name of GMS Courier as per Companies Act 1956, are they really involved in courier business or otherwise.

If I do not hear within 24 hours from the time hereof I have left no option to suit against the Company for compensation.
