I purchased this insurance from Jambo electronics for Samsung S6 Edge, now the Display got cracked.

I submit all the documents & they said this is mismatched stating that we can't do anything and even don't refund your money.

Jambo electronics (Noida GIP) is recommending people to buy gizmo help insurance when people buy phone from Noida Jambo store.

They make fake promises to you when you buy this product. But when u claim they say they don't cover it, they ask you to provide different docs for 3 to 4 months and then refuse you stating that we can't do anything and even don't refund your money.

When you make complaint in Jambo too they don't address. JAMBO IS ALSO PART OF THIS FRAUD. I WONT RECOMMEND JAMBO TO ANYONE.
