Airtel Telemedia Services - Give me explanation for today reduced amount from my mobile.

Sir,
I am working as a lecturer in a reputed University in Chennai. I am highly busy with my regular work. Mean while so may unwanted call are comes from your office regarding demanding the setting the ring tone or do you want friend chat or any other services. [But, I am totally not satisfied your services even network services also. First of all i am waiting up-to September 2010 for complete my validity period and to change my network service. But unfortunately automatically it will be extended up-to 2014, like this only are you enhance the consumers?]. If i am try to complint from my mobile, you are not allowed to do with free of cost [Even you may advertised toll free number, Why like this cheating?]. So may times i am try to cut these unwanted services like friends chat, ring tones, etc but you are not stopped that service of demanding. If we are the consumer of your network we need to incurred these unwanted-ed demanding. Think about it. Any written proof is submitted by us for wanted of these demanding to you?.

Today morning i am seen my balance in my mobile is around Rs.23. Even i am not dialing any number and i am not received any outstate call
Finally, today(17-09-2010) from my mobile the balance was deducted with out my knowledge and permission. Now my balance is around Rs.-7.00. How it happened? Why are you doing like this? Why it happend? What are you doing? Why are you deducted? For this give me a sufficient explanation for the deduction with in 24 hours, otherwise i may go to consumer court regarding this to file the case.

Once like this happend from my mobile. At the time your customer care officer take action and added the deducted amount immediately. Again it happen like this. Now i am taking it into seriously, in between my busy work i need to spend time to write this compliant. Try to understand my pain and vain. And if i got time
I am try to submit hard copy of complaint directly from your chennai office.

And i am very sorry to say this, If you are not understand my feeling, pain and vain and if you not give proper explanation and remady for this complaints i may approach consumer court.

I am highly suffering from this issue. Today my total mind may not concentrate my regular work.
