I want to complaint to Western Railways to either shut down the railways or hire EFFICIENT STAFF as CENTRAL railways has done or gift watches to your employees as they seem to be mistaken about time. Everyday the train from BHAYANDAR TO CHURCHGATE has to be late by at least 30 mins., earlier its was 15 mins, then 20 mins now its late by half an hour. Post andheri station the train drags as a snail. Every Sunday there's a mega block so no travelling plans on a "HOLIDAY", every Monday you expect that the train will run properly as it has worked on it on a SUNDAY BUT "NO", the staff is so inefficient it cannot manage merely, 2- way transport.

It's a request please shut down your services, we will walk on the tracks & reach on time rather than standing in the crowd fearing falling off the train.

If you cannot manage please hand-over to Central Railways the staff there is EFFICIENT enough to handle both the lines.
