Maruti Suzuki India Limited - FRUSTRATING experience of being a MARUTI SUZUKI customer

We have bought a new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz on 5th July 2015 for my father. Unfortunately the car met with an accident 2 days later i.e. on 7th July 2015. After the completion of initial process of raising claim etc, the car was taking into the DD Motors Service Centre, Dehradun on 12th July 2015. Following are the series of events that happened after the 12th:
1) Delay in any and every action from the end of dealer even after the insurance surveyor had done his job of approving the repair estimates.
2) We were told that the parts are not available which is contributing to the delay problems.
3) We had to visit multiple times to check the status of repairs and every time request them to prioritize the work.
4) My father had to take a car on a rent from one of his contact for INR 1000/- per day as it was very inconvenient without the vehicle.
5) I visited Dehradun from Delhi to check with the service station and they said that in 2-3 days the car would be handed over.
6) The dealership and insurance provider (Tata AIG) further added to trouble by filing two claims instead of one to get this settled. The reason given for filing two claims is totally ABSURD and out of my understanding. They said we cannot repair both front and back of the vehicle in one claim.
7) Due to the filing of two claims, now my car is uninsured for rest of the year.
8) Till today (5th Sept 2015) the car is in the service station (the reason being given is the final settlement delay).

As a customer of Maruti Suzuki all that we got is REASONS of pathetic and unwilling service quality and bizarre turn around time in the entire process. The customer is already disturbed by the accident and financial burdens as a result of the accident, and on top of it Maruti Suzuki gives us more pain and teaches us lessons for our mistake of being a customer of the "esteemed" company.
