I made a payment of rs. 2079 on Book My show through freecharge on 3/01/2017 the event got cancelled and BMS refunded the money to freecharge and freecharge said they initiated the amount on 31/01/2017 and it will take 7-10days and its been more than 24 days since and I also provided them bank statement and everything and they are not responding properly. They are unable to track my money and giving details.
