I have ordered for a libertini set worth Rs.149 on the 10th november 2012 and today being the 22nd november 2012, its been almost 12days and the status on their website shows under process. I have written several email to which the response was that they would mail me the item on the 19th itself, however the item still shows under process even after their promise. Since then no one responds even after sending them countless emails. I have filed a complaint against them in the consumer court with the help of my lawyer. I would like to advice people never to do business with this merchant. I was smart enough to order an item just for Rs.149 to check how their services were in-order to order more items in the future. I am confident I am never going to do business with this merchant ever in the future and would also advice family, friends, colleagues and my facebook friends never to use the services from sparklesindia.com.
