Maxx Mobile - fraud with customers

i have purchased my MAX MOBILE IMEI No-********7372997 & ********9372995 from MAX MOBILE SALES & SERVICES, HOSPITAL road FAZILNAGAR, KUISHINAGAR U.P on 11 Apr 10. IT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND REPAIRED TWICE IN VISAKHAPATNAM SERVICE CENTER AND TOLD BY THEM THAT IT IS O.K. AGAIN THE SET IS GETTING SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY AND SPEAKER IS ALSO DEFECTIVE. SO IT IS A SERIOUS ISSUE SINCE SET IS UNDER WARRANTY. THE NEGLIGENCE OF MAX MOBILE IS NOTHING BUT FRAUD/CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS AND HENCE LIABLE FOR compensation.

I support this complaint. i,purchase of maxx mq430 handset befor 3 month but i m not satisefied in this handset reason no. 1.full charge battery is not work properly 4/5 normal usage after mt & switch of the mobile no.2. gprs service not suported no.3.ringer tone & plyer sound is very low no.4.display cvlearity is very bad
