Please rectify my problem,
I am Jitendra Yadav and costumer of sbi card company (credit card) My credit cardno.-52********357159 this is also credit card account no.

My problem is

On 12/11/11 At 2:30 am when I wake up drinking the water then I found one sms in message
box.(regarding the transaction of Rs.14697.63)send by sbi card company.

When transaction on my sbi card (11/11/2011 at 11.49 pm) takes place at that
time I was sleeping.

I confirmed that the card in my wallet.

Then I block the card on I V R [2:40 to 2:50am] 12/11/11 and talking the
customer care officer and tell my situation
Customer care officer tell me that when transaction is confirm then
transaction dispute form is submitted to my email id-feedback.gesbi@ge.com
or fax 01242567131

12/11/11 at morning I again talk to customer care officer [9:00am to 9:15am]
and the registered a complained (complained no. is 01031********) this
regard.
Customer care officer also tell me that three transactions are made on my card on11/11/2011 but one transaction is approved and two transactions are rejected
Sir why my card account is not locked after 2 or more regection of transactions on my card
I sending dispute form to this mail & fax also.

{On18/11/11 reply comes by acharge back .sbi card@ge.com that Retail
Transaction dated November 11, 2011 at MB*DIALCOM24 SP. Z O.OLONDON GBR For
Rs 15620.11 on your SBI Credit Card.

We confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed in a
Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have been validated by your Card
CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet; hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.
Since the card is still in your possession, we urge you to clear the
outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance
charges on your card account)}

sir sms by sbi company of transaction Rs.14697.63 but statement show Rs 15620.11 same transaction.

BUT My last transaction was payment of Rs.110 to Vodafone-bildeskmumbai-Ind for
recharge phone on 5th nov.2011.

I have not any relation to London or foreign country & Ihave not pasport or
visa.
Ihave not any relation to this transaction (mb*dialcom24 sp. zo.olondan
gbr)

I have never given my credit card details to anybody also I have never done
any transaction in my credit card in any public computer. No body except me
in my family uses the card

SBI CARD COMPANY MADE THE PAYMENT WITHOUT MASTER SECURE CODE VERIFYED BY MASTER CARD ONLY BY DATE OF BIRTH & CARD EXPIRY DATE SO SBI CARD COMPANY DOES NOT FULFILL RBI GUIDLINE.

ALL THE DATA OF COSTUMER HAVE SBI CARD COMPANY ONLY COSTUMER HAVE MASTER

SECURE CODE BUT COMPANY MADE PAYMENT WITHOUT IT ONLY BY DATE OF BIRTH & CARD

EXPIRYDATE .
I also mail to money booker company.

I have no relation to this transaction but I have to pay this bill on 12/01/2012 because of unnecessary addition of interest on this transaction.
PLEASE NESESSORY ACTION TAKES PLACE ON THIS SBI CARD COMPANY or other person
which involves in this crime.

Please rectify my problem as soon as possible.
