Order number #002536 took a month to reach me after which it turned out to be defective. I have the photographs. I returned it. And no response. It is not updated under returns on the website. It is in stock on the site though. The status of the return shipment shows delivered on the courier website. The chat option is offline. The phone number does not work and they do not respond to mails. Feeling extremely helpless. I actually thought this org had some standard. Now I feel I have been duped of INR 1,190.00. Terrible customer service. Any advice or help on the same would be appreciated.
Miracas: Please do not copy and paste the same responses that you have been pasting on all other forums and complaints, asking people to contact your mail id or stating that the product has been shipped. If it is shipped I need a tracking number. And the reason I am posting this here is because I have already dropped numerous mails with no response.
I ordered this shirt in MARCH its MAY now. I wonder why you are not concerned about your customer service in spite of so many people complaining about the same thing. Makes me feel like the non working phone number and chat, and no responses from you is intentional.
