I ordered a ring and 2bracelets from lightinbox on 12nov 2017.My account was immediately debited with 169 rs after placing the order.i kept on inquiring about the shipment but I never got my product till date.the customer care service kept on assuring me but nothing happened.and now they have deleted my account and I can't even sign in .so now I literally have no proof against them.
