In the month of February we received a call from the Country club India Pvt limited stating that we won a free holiday trip and on arriving to their office they informed us on one condition that taking membership only we will get the holiday trip.
They offered us 5 years membership and made these false promises.
1) That my 18000 rupees paid from my ICICI credit card would be converted into 18month EMI till now there is no confirmation from the Customer care Pune dept. and swapnil joshi.
2) Remaining 42000 rupees can be paid after 2years but now 1st july is the deadline for the remaining amount to be paid.
3) AMC charges would be waived off for the 1st year as a complimentary offer and from next year we have to pay only if we use those facilities.
4) There were no terms and conditions offered to me on the day of joining the country club.
5) I visited them 2 months ago and asked for a refund they readily agreed and till now they did not pay me my refund amount and the interest amount.
As I have taken the membership from the credit card and they communicated that the amount was converted to EMI and due to this I had to pay 14000 as interest of which I paid 6000 rupees and remaining is to be cleared.
I had an economic damage of 14000 rupees as interest alone from bank and 18000rupees which was the original amount.
I want amount of 18000rupees original membership amount and 14000 rupees interest amount to be paid to me ASAP.
