This is to Notify there is a fraud withdrawal done from my Bank account number 020********0504 via a dummy debit card used by fraudster (card ending-2604) of Rs. 90000/-. (9 transactions of 10000/- each). The withdrawal was done today morning (3rd feb 2018) from 7:37 am to to 7:58 am from ATM in Andhra as confirmed by Bank.
While the transaction happened I was in Fairfield hotel Marriott in Banglore for work travel. I saw the sms alerts at 8:45 am when I got up and immediately called the bank to report and block my card under the complaint number CS030218075074.
The bank has acknowledged that the transaction is fraud and has been done by the people using a duplicate fraud card.
I also informed the bank that I still hold the original card and my mobile was with me which they agreed to.
Sir request you to kindly register the complaint as they require this for the registering the matter and resolving the issue.
