Airtel Mobile Karnataka - Fraud charged for VAS on Airtel

My Number +********0566 which is from Bihar & Jharkhand Circle.
I just came to Bangalore for some work.
I just made a Recharge of Rs. 100
and some Amount has been fraudly deducted as for VAS(Value Addes Service)
I have not Subscribed for any.
Now i have an Outstanding Balance of Rs Rs 35.48.
I want My Amount to be Refunded.
When I called to 198 i dint got any relevant option to talk to sutomer care.
Neither i could *121*7 for gettin details of Last 5 transaction of Whatsoever.
I am fed of the Services.
Kindly Help.

I support this complaint,

I am also victim of this Fraud company,I have recharged 200/- on 28 march 2013,then went to home town and came back on 1st April.
now they are saying its data usage charges during roaming



These guys are monitoring us to go out of station and starts charging like this in roaming ...Whats making me wonders is
1.When roaming they charge more but they dnt provide any customare care service,if you call they will say its not our cicle,please call your circle for more information
2.At My Home town,we dont get proper signals itself and i dnt know how they can charge per Rs 200/-(I may used 20/- for calls out of 200/-)
3.I also activated 7days pack ......So they should take from data balance only but they says it over....
4.Customare cares guys are taking personally when we spoke to them and Showing hesitation and ending the calls
5.Once you activate the Data Pack They will deactivate the USSD for data(*123*10#),so that customare cant check Data usage,
I personally faced it and after calling to care several times they have activated
So i have decided to change the operator without speaking any thing based on my bad experience over 3 years

in 2011 i have recharged 1000/- in the morning and its not successfull,so i have recharged another 1000/- at evening,both recharges are credited in to my account at EOD
,after that i have requested them to Refund 1000/- but they dnt do it..finally i used 2000/- in that month,it mean its not customare oriented services,they cant thing towords customares



Actually government has to look in (for all service providers are doing similar activities)these issues at microlevel and need to arrange some aleternatives
