I paid Rs.7999/- online to Yatra Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (www.yatraholidays.co) for a travel package in January 2015.

However, this travel company did not provide the service as per the promise. Further, they do not respond to emails or phone calls. When I sent a letter to them through speed post, it was returned mentioning the reason "Unclaimed". Apparently, this is a fraudulent online travel company.

I already lodged a complaint at the consumer forum in Rupnagar, Punjab. If anyone knows any other address or phone number of these fraud people of yatraholidays.co, please inform in the comments area.
