We have booked lakshadweep tour for 4 person & payment made in 2 parts in june & on 1st Auagust16. Now they refused to issue flight & hotel booking due to high price of airlines. They also refuse to pay refund before 12 months as per their so called terms & condition. Its a clear cut cheating & forgery. Kindly suggest me what type of legal actions should be initiated against such fraudulent company.

Hello Jignesh have you received any response or taken any legal action against this travel company yet.
We have not received amount yet as on 22-3-2017. as jurisdiction for complain is delhi police officer has advice me today to lodge criminal compalin under zero number at local police station & he will help me to get back money. I will lodge it next week.
