I purchased a Xperia P mobile phone from Sony on 10th July, 2012 and since then i was experiencing problems with the device following which i submitted it to an authorized service center on 30th July. I was told that the phone shall be swapped and returned within a week but have not received till date. On calling the company repeatedly i was always given an excuse and an extension of 2 days was asked but it did not help. The company executive Mr. Tilak himself admitted on the fact of selling a defective device. The company regional head of Mangalore region Ms.Vidya then said that they would replace it with a new device but till now there has been no action from the company. I kindly request you to look into the matter and help.
