Vodafone India - Fraud by customer care and in appropriate charges

In appropriate charges of Rs.500/- added in the postpaid bill in the name of internet which should not be charged after making the complaint of the same in the customer care representative name - Mr lalit mentiined that we have taken your complaint and provided me the false compalint no but in actual the complainyt was not logged. This fradulant practice done with me and even with other customer several times need to take appropriate actaion for the same.
