Recently I purchased iBall Tab from Flipkart.com on dt. 05/04/17 of Rs. 7345 using the same Credit Card, Due to some reasons i cancelled the order immediately on dt. 07/04/07 (Payment Refund Ref. ********0********928999). Even though It's refund on credit card account, you are charging me the EMI as follows:
EMI Interest : Rs. 54.18; REF# 4351262
EMI Principal : Rs. 601.86; REF# 4351262
Even I did talk to customer executive and I didn't get respond well, Its very unfortunate that i am using the service of customer unfriendly Bank.Also been visiting most of Axis Bank branches in Pune and getting same response that "There is no credit card dept. in Branch.". I wish and I will make sure that no one uses your service hereafter if it doesn't get solved immediately. Also I am launching the complaint in Consumer Court Against you.
