My name is Aruna. My credit card number : 5241 7800 0167 7587. I received last month the statement for Rs.3580.59/-. I have made the payment on 25-May-2013 amount of Rs. 3580/- as due date was on 30-May-2013. When I checked with customer care they said that due to 0.59 paise, as we didn't received complete payment so we have charged it. I have been levied with interest charge & service tax. I was thinking to to pay complete amount of 2 installment Rs.7575.31 by this month. But, there are fooling the customer.
