On 9th nov 2012 I paid Rs. 9000 to a passport agent named Shalaka for helping me to have a fresh passport but she cheated me and has not given my money back since then. I went to local police station to lodge a complaint but police denied saying where will we find that lady,did you took advise before doing business with the agent.Please help me in this regards.
