Please refer your letter dated 24/3/2018 in reply of my Complaint to Maruti Suzuki India Limited case number 5774848359 dated 23/3/2018 (Copy Attached). I would like to once again clarify as below.:

My Complaint:

Now on receipt of the payment by Kiran Motors Ltd, I received call from Mr. Jaypalsingh Wala that take delivery of car on 29/11/2017 or 30/11/2017. I surprise that and told him that we want to give the car as surprise gift to my son on his birthday on 4thDecember so I request him to give delivery on 3rd December evening or 4th December morning. But he told they have to sale 150 car on 30th November so anyhow you have take delivery on or before 30th November. I requested him too much but he suggested that take delivery from us and keep it at your relatives or friends home and give surprise him from there but anyhow take the delivery on or before 30th November. Once again I told him I can’t take delivery so he told us take delivery otherwise we will sell it to other person and we would refund your money to your account because we have waiting list. So I afraid because I need car on 4th December to surprise gift to my son. Finally by forcefully they give us delivery.

We wish to inform you that the sales person Mr. JayPal Vala duly explained you date of delivery and time, then with your consent and subsequently you signed the documents of delivery) (Gate Pass and DO).

My Reply
I request you please once again read my complaint and tell me whether it is called my consent ? Once again I am repeating my point as below.:

1 I received call from Mr. Jaypalsingh Wala that take delivery of car on 29/11/2017 or 30/11/2017 because we have to sale 150 car on orbefore 30th November 2017.

2 I requested him as we agreed that we want to give the car as surprise gift to my son on his birthday on 4thDecember so I request him to give delivery on 3rd December evening or 4th December morning.

3 He suggested that to take delivery from us and keep it at your relatives or friends home and give surprise him from there but anyhow take the delivery on or before 30th November.

4 Once again I told him I can’t take delivery because we want to give the car as surprise gift to my son on his birthday on 4thDecember.

5 He told us take the delivery otherwise we will sell it to other person and we would refund your money to your account because we have waiting list.

6 So I afraid and we are very shocked that the Maruti India Limited and Kiran Motors Ltd is the very big organization and person trained by both organization is using this type language and totally un-professional attitude showing. They don’t care about our feelings and they even not consider our request. There is no option to take delivery.

In view of above its called the delivery is given by your officer with forcefully and if not taking delivery he is ready to refund us our Money. We have taken loan from Bank if not taking delivery and if they give us refund our full payment of vehicle we will defaulter with our Bank. Bank also will charge the penalty and our processing fees and other expenses will be cut by Bank. So don’t have any option against the taking the delivery.

It is purely and surely not taken consent but t is forcefully (in common language it's call blackmail) to take delivery.

MS Deepa may be your officer is not caring our emotions and feelings but as a Customer Relation Manager you surely consider our feeling and give us justice.
